Battery Operated Systems for Community Outreach Uganda (Bosco-Uganda) Limited is an organization founded in 2007 that is very passionate about empowering the people in Northern Uganda through digital literacy and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training, fostering community resilience, and bridging the digital divide with a huge commitment to positive change in the communities.
Bosco-Uganda’s sparking digital empowerment, training people in tech skills, and boosting rural connectivity with solar upgrades noting “The Inclusion of Information and Communication Technology and Highlighting People’s Empowerment in Rural Communities.” We know and believe that digital literacy has an impact on the transformation and has possible positive effects on communities, particularly in underserved villages in Northern Uganda. Bosco Uganda assures the inclusion of Information and Communication Technology and digital literacy with a magnificent internet connection and we highlight the empowerment of our people happily seeing technological and empowered communities.
As the internet connects us, we remind our people to apply the ICT, digital literacy skills, and to be mindful of what we share, how we engage, and who we trust online. Bosco Uganda also kindly and always urges us to spread kindness online and use Information and Communication Technology for the betterment of the lives of the people.
